April 16, 2018 — Gary Wright, principal member of BlueMark Capital and Timothy Meyer, Vice President, secured permanent financing of $205 million for three (3) office buildings located in Dayton, Ohio. Financing was arranged through Mesirow Financial and Wells Fargo Bank Northwest.
