Sam Schutte joined BlueMark as an analyst in December 2021 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Real Estate and Business Analytics. Sam held 3 different internship positions throughout his college career, two of them being within the commercial real estate industry. He plans on using his experience from these internships as well as what he learned at the Lindner College of Business to create value early on in his career at BlueMark Capital.

Sam works closely with the principals and loan officers at BlueMark, helping to ensure new loans and refinances of all property types run smoothly from origination to closing. His primary responsibilities include underwriting, property inspections, creating loan packages, and general correspondence between mortgage investors and property owners throughout the transaction.
